There are three separate things you may want to do. They are independent — doing one does not do the others.

1. Disconnect a social account

This stops Niche2SM from publishing to that account and deletes the stored access token immediately. Your existing posts on the platform are not affected.

1. Sign in at niche2sm.com.
2. Open the niche, then go to Connections.
3. Choose Disconnect on the platform you want to remove.

2. Revoke our access from the platform itself

You can also cut access from the platform's own settings, without signing in to Niche2SM. This is the route to use if you no longer have access to your Niche2SM account.

Facebook and Instagram

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business Integrations.
3. Find Niche2SM, then choose Remove.

Removing the integration revokes the token Meta issued us. Any content already published stays on your Page or profile — delete it there if you also want it gone.

YouTube and Google

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Select Niche2SM.
3. Choose Remove access.

3. Delete your Niche2SM account and all its data

This removes your account, your niches, the scripts, images and videos generated for you, every stored access token, and your publishing and analytics history.

We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. Personal data is erased or irreversibly anonymised; we retain only what a legal obligation requires us to keep, such as billing records where applicable.

Deleting your Niche2SM account does not delete anything already published to your social accounts. Those posts belong to your accounts and only you can remove them, from the platform.

Cómo eliminar tus datos (español)

Desconectar una red: inicia sesión en niche2sm.com, entra en el nicho, abre Conexiones y pulsa Desconectar. El token se borra en el acto.

Revocar el acceso desde la plataforma: en Facebook, en Configuración y privacidad → Configuración → Integraciones empresariales, busca Niche2SM y elimínalo. En Google, en myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Eliminar la cuenta y todos los datos: escribe a info@niche2sm.com desde el correo de tu cuenta con el asunto Eliminar mi cuenta. Confirmamos en 72 horas y completamos el borrado en un plazo de 30 días. Lo ya publicado en tus redes no se borra: esas publicaciones son tuyas y solo tú puedes eliminarlas desde la plataforma.
